RFP/Bid - Plan Review Consultant (2026)
The San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department is seeking to establish a list of qualified on-call third-party consultants to conduct technical plan reviews, fire inspections and any additional fire prevention administrative assistance as needed for a variety of projects. Services to be provided under this contract include, but are not limited to:
- Fire Plan Review Services
- Fire Inspection Services
- Permitting Services
- Fire Administration Support Services
